Delete your account

How to permanently delete your Cool AI Photos account and data.

From the app (fastest)

Open Cool AI Photos
Go to Settings
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
Confirm — this takes effect immediately

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email contact@enginearc.co.uk from the email address on your account (if you registered one) and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within a reasonable time, and no later than local law requires.

What gets deleted

Your account record (email, if you registered one, and password hash)
Your saved AI-generated results and gallery
Your device identifiers linked to the account

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What isn't affected

Any active subscription — cancel it separately in your Google Play or App Store account settings, or it will continue to renew even after your Cool AI Photos account is deleted.
Purchase records held by Apple or Google — those live on their platforms under their own retention policies, not ours.
Basic server logs kept briefly for security purposes, which don't identify you once your account is deleted.
